Taiwan was a destination that pleasantly surprised us. Although we only had a short time to explore, we discovered a fascinating blend of history, culture, impressive architecture, colourful temples, and outstanding food. From the bustling streets of Taipei to its important historical landmarks and vibrant markets, every stop gave us a deeper appreciation for this welcoming island.
